ALL DIGITAL DOWNLOADS are NOT AVAILABLE for REFUND or RETURN. ONE copy of all individual materials (e-books/workbooks, collectable cards, printable pages, ect) being downloaded from the CourtneyDANIELLE webBLOG may be stored in ONE retrieval system -be it hard drive, cloud, USB or other. Downloading material is for personal use only, unless you have written permission from me, CourtneyDANIELLE. Distributing without permission is an act of theft and you could face legal charges. 

I do not sell any of your personal and/or contact information to other companies. I will not put your name on spam lists. I cannot be held responsible for the privacy practices of any of my advertisers or people who leave comments on the webBLOG or social media groups. Any basic information (age, gender, location) that may be gathered from Google Analytics is used to better understand my target audience. By choosing to subscribe to my site, you do so voluntarily, therefore you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email I have sent to you. 

I do not ship outside of the Continental United States. Canadian customers can email me a request -but I cannot guarantee that I will agree to it. Canadian customers, who are approved, can expect additional shipping costs, as well as a currency exchange fee. Only Digital Downloads are available outside of the Continental United States.  

Sales Tax and a Standard Shipping charge will be applied to your purchase at time of checkout. 

If the total of your non-digital purchases, before sales tax and after any sales/discounts, is over $72.00 your shipping is FREE.

Refunds n' Exchanges*  are at the discretion of CourtneyDANIELLE. You have 14 days from the date delivered to request a Return or Refund.  All requests must be emailed to: courtneydanielle3579@gmail.com  REFUND or EXCHANGE MUST appear in the subject line of your email. Be sure to include your order or account number in your email request. 

If your request is approved for a Refund, by CourtneyDANIELLE, then you will be given further instructions by email, depending on the item and the amount of the Refund. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs incurred from shipping returned items back. No additional fees apply to returns. 

If your request is approved for an Exchange, by CourtneyDANIELLE, then you will be given further instructions by email, depending on the item and the exchange. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs incurred to exchange items. No additional fees apply.

• Items MUST be returned or exchanged in their entirety, and in original packaging.
• Items MUST be unused, unwashed and arrive undamaged with postage paid in full.

* Refunds n' Exchanges EXCLUDE any and all Digital Items/Downloads.

I apologize if my terms seem harsh but items are handmade with limited availability. 

AVAILABILITY

Prints of Paintings are limited in quantity to 99.  Once a particular print has been purchased 99 times -it will no longer be available for future purchases.  Once the quantity is 13 or less, it will appear on the site as Limited Availability. 

I, CourtneyDANIELLE reserve the right to change the focus of the webBLOG, to shut it down, sell it or change the terms of use at my own discretion.

Note: As of January 2025 this site is no longer a health and well-being focused site. While it is an important niche, and one that is close to my heart, I have decided to focus on my authoring and artistry, for my own health and well-being.
